HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So I'm really irriatated with the way my blog looks! I don't even want to make changes to it because it looks so stupid. How in the world do I get the picture and blog title to be center? IT'S MAKING ME CRAZY! Please help!
