Finally there is light at the end of this tunnel we've been in. Tuesday I couldn't get Allysea to get out of bed she just had no energy or will to move. I then decided it was time to get her back into the doctor there was more going on than just a little cold. After an x-ray of her chest and a tube stuck up her nose and down her throat the doctor diagnosed her with H1N1 and an inner ear infection. Poor baby was so si
ck I felt horrible for just taking "it's just a cold" as an answer from the doctor we saw the Fr
iday before!! The doctor immediately had concern for me as i'm currently with child and directed me to get the H1N1 shot and immediately contact my ob. My ob put me on the antibiotic as a precaution and Allysea of course was prescribed antibiotics for the flu and for the inner ear infection. All in all last week was a boring week for us. There was
lots of naps and cuddling. She even fell asleep in my arms at the doctors! Anyone who knows her knows this is a rare event she is to curious and active on a normal day to want anything to do with falling asleep on a lap!! Now she is feeling better and this week we are back to reality! The bottom picture was taken last night! Allysea who was already in her pajamas insisted on having her coat on. While Daniel and I were in the kitchen making dinner I thought it seemed way to quite in the living room for her to be in there unsupervised. I peaked my head around the corner to find her sound a sleep.
